Description du poste
Petrocon Engineers & Consultants recherche un Data Center Project Director certifié PMP à Casablanca-Settat. Le candidat pilotera l'ensemble du cycle de vie des projets de centres de données, de la conception à la livraison finale.
Missions principales
- Lead Data Center projects from design development through construction and handover
- Define project execution strategies, governance structures, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Monitor project costs, schedules, risks, contracts, and quality performance
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Oversee critical infrastructure systems (HV/LV, UPS, HVAC, BMS/DCIM, fire protection)
- Lead project review meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder discussions
- Oversee testing, commissioning, acceptance, and operational readiness
Profil recherché
- PMP Certification (Mandatory)
- 8-10+ years of relevant project management experience
- Proven experience managing Data Center construction or expansion projects
- Strong understanding of mission-critical infrastructure and Data Center technical systems
- Knowledge of Uptime Institute Tier Standards, EN 50600, and ISO/IEC 22237
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
